The friendly 24-hour front desk team was incredibly helpful, and the free WiFi allowed me to catch up on some marine biology research late at night. The complimentary English breakfast was a delightful start to each day, fuel to face the vibrant scenes of Bogotá. Just a note: I'm still waiting for the hold on my debit card to be lifted-be sure to clarify that before booking!
